COIPA CALL TO ACTION:
A letter to Oregon's Governor from our CEO & CMO
There are significant concerns regarding the negative financial impact of telehealth and remote visits in lieu of in-person patient visits for our COIPA practices. COIPA's CEO & CMO sent the following letter to state law makers to bring attention to this issue early.
Physician Practice COVID-19 Relief Letter
COIPA added its name to the following petition that was sent to the federal legislators to ensure there is relief set aside for independent provider practices in the relief packages that are being funded by the Federal Government. You are also encouraged to reach out independently to both state and federal legislators directly to express your concerns. Please let us know if you need help drafting such a letter for your organization.
Our community is reaching out to extend their services and to ensure that our patients continue to have the care they need during this crisis. Below are the clinics that are either extending services or in need of additional support. If you would like to be added to this list please reach out to your COIPA Team, this site is updated as often as needed.
